3. Add the heavy cream in the sautee garlic. Making white sauce  with the heavy cream makes richer and add more body to the pasta sauce instead of using all purpose flour. That’s a difference between bechamel sauce and alfredo sauce. Bechamel sauce is made with milk, flour and butter but alfredo sauce is made with heavy cream.   After adding heavy cream, cook it for 10 minutes. Then add handful of baby spinach and chopped parsley.

Next, add the AL DENTE pasta into the pasta sauce and then add salt and pepper according to your taste. If you want to make it little spicy you can some chili flakes, Italian seasoning and oregano to boost up the flavor. But we whole family always like the simple flavor of pasta. Let it cook for 10 more minutes. If the pasta get thick you can add 1/2 cup of milk. Adding milk makes the sauce luxurious and creamy.

Measurement Of Pasta

When it comes to measuring pasta, the standard serving size for one person is typically 2 ounces (about 60 grams) of dry pasta. This amount almost equal to 1 cup of cooked pasta.

Keep in mind that the serving size may vary depending on personal preferences and the specific dish you are preparing. Some people prefer larger portions, while others may opt for smaller servings.

If you are cooking for multiple people, you can adjust the amount of pasta accordingly. For example, if you are cooking for four people, you would need 8 ounces (about 227 grams) of dry pasta, which will yield approximately 4 cups of cooked pasta.

Always refer to the package instructions for the specific type of pasta you are using, as cooking times may vary based on the shape and thickness of the pasta. It’s also essential to follow the recommended cooking times to achieve the desired texture, whether it’s al dente or more well-cooked.
